I was reading about chemicals particles in plastic bottles, getting mixed into the water we drink , while I was drinking water from a plastic bottle.
I was thinking of these tiny things in the air, or soil, or products that influence us without us, even knowing, while we touch or sniff in from our nozzle.
“Don’t be paranoiac” you may say… “you can’t live in a sterile balloon. That which doesn’t kill you, strengthening you”
I’m still observing this…. those tiny things that get into our bodymind, accumulate, and change us from within, as they penetrate our skin and cross through.

You are so right, and as usual express it very eloquently. We absorb much too much unknown "tiny things", trusting the food companies that it is ok, when in fact many of them may cause cancer or other ills. Glad you came up with this poem, have to check again what I eat and drink.
the the vegetable and fruits .. again you can get crazy... that's why balance and getting rid of the toxic daily, and reading the tiny letters about the tiny things that make us sick. thanks FredPeyer.
As you know AVI ~ I am a BIOCHEMIST and the Human Body is fearfully and wonderfully created. We are designed to maintain equilibrium ( homeostasis) and cope with most microbes (bacteria) and "impurities" in our drinking water and the air we breath. Of course there are limits but to my mind (and i am a food scientist !) society has become a little too sterile and kids don't get a chance to build up antibodies by playing in the dirt ! In CUBA we were warned not to dink the TAP WATER and were supplied with BOTTLED (free !) The problem is in the UK & USA we use potable water to wash our cars. Global Warming is a Problem as also are the pollutants caused by the "unscrubbed" use of coal in Power Stations. The human body can cope with the minor pollutants in the UK & the USA but most Americans are now saying "We can't cope with TRUMP" and over 60% want Him out of the White House ! yes Brian but not only water , its also pesticides - you pick up a nice bunch of strawberries or grapes - they are full of chemicals...and you dont really know who to trust... so you need to do preventive and proactive things by yourself... i dont know what Trump's view about this.. i know he is anti opioids... Interesting points AVI ~ we still have to remember the power of HOMOSTASIS keeping the human biochemical processes in EQUILIBRIUM. My parents believe in HOMEOSTASIS and eat normally and take NO supplements ! I find many AMERICANS in their age group (60+) spend 1000\'s of dollars on unnecessary supplements and medicine to combat pesticides etc !
The main problem with TRUMP is his attitude towards CO2 increase and Global warming etc and also the continued use of Fossil Fuels instead of Nuclear & Renewables ! No wonder he got a vote of 65% in Kentucky !
CO2 has increased from 250 ppm to 420 ppm since the Industrial Revolution ! It\'s not the CO2 that kills us it is the HEAT and SEA LEVEL rise etc. Also burning Fossil fuels and not \"scrubbing\" the gasses increases the oxides of NITROGEN (NOx) and SULPHUR (SOx) in the atmosphere which cause respiratory diseases etc.
