The Dark

Christina K

Cold darkness

wraps around me.

I assume I'm trapped

I assume I can't be free.

All I know is that I'm alone.

I know that I am lost.

I know I can't be found.

And that feeling,

that pit in my stomach,

is everlasting.

It reminds me

I'm in darkness

and I can't get out

at least for now.

I want to show some light after reading your beautifully crafted sorrow. you just need to be given a key somehow x

The light is always there just look for the glimmer and follow it.
