How beautiful is the Planet Earth ~ You have
Created for us ~ A LIVING PLANET ~
Even before You had created MAN !
You gave us clean AIR ~ pure WATER ~ the
SUN to provide the energy for Plants
And Animals and Man ~ to live and thrive
In a World that is vibrant & alive !
Your Power & Glory is spread throughout
Universe ~ but only on MAN & WOMAN
Have you have imprinted Divine likeness
You are our GOD and we are your PEOPLE !

Do we take PLANET EARTH for granted and consequently
treat it like an old reliable Motor Car ? Keeping it topped up
with water ~ petrol ~ oil but leaving it to rust on the drive
while we fill it's Garage with fridges ~ freezers and junk !
We believe Science Fiction (not Science Fact !) which tell
us that there are thousands of Earth like Planets "out there"
which we can emigrate to should Planet Earth become
uninhabitable ! Believe me we have nowhere else to go !
God loves us and gave us responsibility to care for the
Earth ~ Are you a FRIEND of the EARTH or an ENEMY ?

Although I don't share your faith
Your words still resonate and true
There is no where else to go
We need to look inward
To create what you would call
Heaven on this earth
I have faith that we all can

Thanks FRIEND ~ History has shown that on balance the PEN is always more MIGHTY than the GUN (sword) ! I have tweeted this to TRUMP who seems blind to the chaos the Gun Lobby in the USA causes. I feel you my friend but even the other day I visited London to see two armed police.
They made me feel uncomfortable, I smiled at one and he gave a slight grin but the other stone face ( emotionless) if we truly want to be equal then non for any should be available for any party.
No one is born criminal, as I've crossed that line, I know how easy it is.
Einstein said peace cannot be kept by Force 😉

Thanks Steve ~ that happens to me sometimes ~ you and I are only human after all ! In 2085 I will only be 101 ~ so perhaps YES ! The EXTRAPOLATIONS OF human population increase (possibly 15 billion by 2100 ?) do not foresee a pleasant future. The same is true of global warming which will flood coastal plains and destroy ARABLE LAND and increase DESERTS ~ many Environmental Scientists only see a BLACK FUTURE ~ we must act now ~ IN UNISON ~ or NEVER ! This is a good Faith Filled write Brian, it s a pity that those with power don't seem to listen to God's word and carry on with destroying God's paradise.
That is true ANDY. In the UK we have a Christian Queen and a Christian PM so here is some hope when we are POSTBREXIT (2020 ?) and will be able to set our own agenda ! I would question the need for HIGH SPEED TRAINS ~ in my mind a long train journey is a time to read ~ relax and enjoy the scenery @ 60 mph not 120. Also i would scrap TRIDENT and develop more trade and cultural exchange with N Korea ~ China & Russia but still beat the @ swimming ~ diving ~ athletics & ping pong. Let our strife be on the Playing Field not the Battle Field. Let us be like Switzerland and make Watches & not War ~ slow down and live in harmony with Nature & God. I have told TRUMP that it is RIGHTEOUSNESS that exalts a Nation (makes it Great again) not pollution causing PRODUCTIVITY ~ when will they ever learn ? BRIAN
