I WOULD CHOOSE TO BE A FROG ~ BRIANSODES
*******************************************
FROGS are funny
Hold one in your hand
They swim in the water
And they jump on the land
It must be ~ such joy and fun
To be a Bright Green quirky FROG
Better than a Fussy Pussy or a Dippy Dog !

I would be a Giraffe they stretch thier necks high in the sky, looking out. Such gentle creatures, muching on leaves on occasion, greeting the birds and animals that pass by.

A slithering slimy snake that peers
from out of the grass then disapears
to wiggle away and find a meal
something tasty with snake-appeal
that he can swallow in one piece.
And as his hunger pains increase
a mouse creeps by with sticky-out ears
and as he does the snake appears
and gobbles the mouse in just one bite
then off he goes into the night.
And when he's gone right out of sight
it's off to sleep till once again
he suffers the slings of hungers pain.
A simple life that's free of strife
I really quite envy his care-free life.

Perhaps I would if I could be:
A black and yellow honey bee
Then I could drink from flowers fair
And buzz around the summer air
And I'd produce a tasty treat
    From my labors, something sweet
To have all fruits indebted to me
That, a fine thing, I think would be
My family would be a hive
    Abuzz with laughter and alive
Many relatives and friends you see
There's never a lonely honey bee
