The water and the rock

malubotelho

The still rock made a gracious move to receive the chilling embrace of the current water.
After the embrace the rock said; I will wait for your return, even if it takes years to happens.
The water went down riding the current, curving with every curve of the river, embracing other rocks, moving branches, caressing sands and grasses along the river.                                   It rode down on water falls, met the ocean,
greeted the fishes and other creatures, joined the big sea, were disposed with other water into a lake, helped create energy for a big city, were recycled many, many times. One day she travelled back into the river and was all excited to rapid touch the gracious curve of the still rock. For a moment they had a chilling romance.
