VENUS ~ The BEAUTIFUL GODDESS of LOVE
SHE also is a red hot PLANET

Her day is two two four (224) days long
Our Love at Night would be an endless SONG !
MEN are from MARS ~ WOMEN from VENUS
We hang in the sky with the EARTH in between us
MARS is too cold ~ Brass Monkey's balls freeze
VENUS too hot ~ fry like toasted cheeze
Please don't knock MARS ~ take care what you say
BUZZ ALDRIN thinks we'll all live there ONE DAY !
SUNRISE ~ SUNSET ~ each day as we rotate
The SUN appears ~ comes & goes ~ never ever late
Brother SUN provides ~ the energy each day
To keep us warm ~ to help plants grow
To warm the seas to melt the snow
Brother SUN ~ come out & play ~ never go away !
Have you felt the effect of a really FULL MOON ?
It raises your libido makes loving Lovers swoon
Makes waves in the Ocean ~ on a Moonlit Night
As the Sea Turtles make love in the soft Moonlight
Nocturnal Mammals use her as navigating light
And for LOVERS al-fresco ~ She never shines too bright !

Oohh I can't have the Venus stanza. Ahem, far too hot, far too swoony! heehee. I'll stamp it all out, like a wet blanket, or dried-up prune! That explains why I never even got to stanza 2. Swooned!
We did think about your Age & Heart STEVE and forgot to label it "!8" I blame CHRIS she did pose for the PICTURE and after her Poem today I needed a cold shower in the College Gym !
