From Fred Peyer:
I gave a dictation
to this Haitian
but he wanted a donation
for his mother's cremation
so I drove to the gas station
but the ATM had a vexation
no money said the notation
so both the Haitian
and me had some frustration
over the non donation
I just gave him a red carnation
for his mother's cremation
but that created a sensation
in everybody's imagination
and I left with elation.
At first a reaction
Plus a little abrasion
And attempts at dissuasion
Which caused a reaction
But after persuasion
The initial reaction
Which proved a distraction
Gave way to affection
For my wife who is Asian.
