Everyone has
Favorite dessert sweets
From frosted cake
To frozen tasty treats
If I traveled the world over
Sample deserts from everywhere
I know I’ll not find
Anything to compare
If ever there could be
An election for food celebrity
Without a doubt my vote goes to
My mom’s chocolate brownies

Great poem, AP!
It is amazing how, even after many years, we still crave some of the comfort food our mothers made.
My wife owns a small bakery and her chocolate brownies are to die for. I think the secret is that she uses more than one kind of chocolate, mixing dark and milk chocolate.
oooh, milk chocolate is my fav. Your wife's brownies sound delicious. Don't tell me anymore or I'll be at your doorstep looking for some brownies. ; )
