Tune: Malvern
('Jesus, where'er thy people meet')
Zephaniah 3 v.14-20
********
Sing, O daughter of Zion, be glad
Rejoice in the LORD, not be sad
Shout, Israel, exult, whole-hearted
Enemy from you departed
The LORD has now taken away
Your judgements, confident here pray
For the Lord, your King, He amidst you
Shall remove evil, you renew
Then it be said, Zion, fear not
For the LORD helps you, happy lot
The LORD in midst of you, mighty
His favour, graces, you shall see
He will save, will o'er you rejoice
He will joy o'er you, you His choice
Will in His love rest, bring you peace
Joy o'er you with singing, not cease
He will save poor, afflicted ones
For they be His daughters and sons
Will make them a name, a praise too
Great things for them He sure will do
