SIGNIFYING the thousands of years BEFORE CHRIST
THE TURNING POINT in Human History BC to AD !
MANGER ~ The Son of God was born in a STABLE
AMONG the Cattle ~ a very humble place to be born
SHEPHERDS in the fields ~ first to receive the GOOD NEWS !
CHRISTMAS CARDS ~ An opportunity to share GOOD NEWS
A SAVIOUR has been born today CHRIST the LORD ~ Who
REDEEMED the WORLD by his DEATH on a CROSS in AD 33 !
DON'T wish me HAPPY HOLIDAY ~ but HAPPY CHRISTMAS
SHARE the GOOD NEWS ~ JESUS is born TODAY ~ AMEN !

JESUS is the King of Kings ~ FRANKINCENSE signifies Holiness
MYRRH signifies Suffering and His death on the Cross in AD 33.
They say WISE WOMEN would have been more practical and
would have brought A Crib ~ A Pram ~ Nappies ~ Babygrows
and the whole range of Johnson's Baby Care Products !

Now we're all PC it seems - it's BCE for some now, not BC. It's all daft!
WELL STEVE ~ I'm very Orthodox and I believe there is only ONE GOD ~ JEHOVAH the God of both the Jews and The Christians and that there is only one Redeemer of the Human race ~ the Lord Jesus Christ ~ AMEN BRIAN My Hurricane (BRIAN) is treating us gently in S E England (so far) today. X-mas means "an unknown quantity" which is BLASPHEMY !
I believe so too, as you do Brian. Whether folk are going to get all PC about it or not, it does not change our faith. It's just another way of cancelling out Christ I think - BCE, before the Common Era; and CE - Common Era. Now, that'll be wrong as well, I suppose. Some will say it means Church of England!
Oo-er! I know some put 'X' for 'Christ' in Christmas.

We've got Guy Fawkes night here in the UK before Christmas - haven't even put the clocks back yet. And yet the stores are filling up with Christmas goods already. The world is mad. But not your super write Brian.
