I may be absent for a bit. Feeling really low today so really don’t feel like writing. You lot are an amazing bunch of people. I’m going to play guitar and record some music I think. x

D iscussed by the few is the affliction of so many
E xperiencing despair that will not be appeased
P rescribed medication for a social disease
R educed to a mind that is held in captivity
E xpression through poetry as subconscious therapy
S ilently we scream through life’s insuffiency
S uicidal in thought from overwhelming disparity
I nability to fight this unwanted intruder
O verwhelmed by the thought of an uncertain future
N obody should suffer this silent abuser, alone

Mental Health is fast becoming an issue in society which we all need to be aware about.
