We must not stop as that audition will lead us into our lives.
And our lives are our soul's learning process ... the whole point of the 'Production'. We are on the same page, Goldie! Thanks for your input.
And we play the part but the curtain will fall - we simply don't know when. This is a superb poem Louis and so true - nice one.
The curtain falls, and the curtain rises. We can hope that at some point we 'learn and earn' sufficient wisdom to move on, to ... ?. Who knows what may be next. Many thanks for your fine comment, Michael!
I see what you mean, yet I don't go along much with 'All the world's a stage', etc. A good write Louis.
What! Thou wouldst disagree with our friend Shakespeare, with whom we shared such good times in a former life? He would be saddened to hear that, I'm sure. But thanks for your thoughts, 'O'. Much appreciated.
Ah yes, we both met him in person I think. Lots of his stuff is good, classical, of high value, etc, but I think he also had some potty ideas too. lol.
Not sure what "potty" means exactly, but I'm sure he harbors no hard feelings, 'O'.
Eccentric?? lol
Wow, Louis, you described life perfectly. 'A play without an ending' is the only line I cannot agree with, am thinking more of 'A play without known ending', since in my interpretation of the poem as life, it will end, we just don't know when or how. But that is only me and not a criticism. Beautiful poem, definitely a favorite!
None of us know how or when, or if the play might end. If life as we know it, this grand production we are experiencing, should end for all of us by design, I wonder what might come next in Creator's plan? Fun to speculate on, but way above my pay grade.
Thanks so much for your input, Fred, and for making it a fav.
Great write
