the solo dancer attempts an explanation

Frank Prem

my brethren
I see you are moved by the wind
and even I must sway

but do you hear
the sound that fills up my heart

the wind is such a shallow thing
it moves us once
and then it goes

but are we not deep-tuned
to a different song

do you not sense
in the earth
the vibration
of restless need somewhere
are you not touched by the caress
of the soil that holds

I can feel the tremble of love
I can feel low fire
I hear music in the core
inside me
and I have to dance

brethren
watch me move
brothers-sisters feel the chord
delve a little deeper
find the vibration
we all are seeking

brothers
sisters
know the heartbeat
even if just the once
then let yourself go

“Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass...It's about learning to dance in the rain.”
Good write, we must all let ourselves go sometimes.

Great write Frank off to let myself go - it's raining here.
