SUN ~ Maintains an average temperature
At 60F ~ that's 16C !
Some places hotter ~ some are colder
Perfect average we all agree !
MOON ~ perfect orb ~ shines in the night
So elegant ~ so beautiful ~ so bright !
OXYGEN ~ In the air we breath ~ the
Whole Planet through ~ always twenty-one percent ~ O2
WATER ~ Planet Earth is saturated
Everywhere that you may go !
Some icy and some very salty
But its all pure H2O !
FERTILE SOIL that every Country need
Plough ~ fertilise and plant your SEED !
FLORA & FAUNA in abundance
Spread throughout our PLANET EARTH
The HUMAN RACE ~ part of the cycle
In Life & love and Death & Birth !
Never take these GIFTS for GRANTED
No other Planet is so BLESSED
VENUS & MARS & MOON all barren
And so I guess are all the REST !

We are lucky to live on this planet. Now, if we could only keep from destroying it!
THANKS FRED ~ I didn't mention of the infinite blessing of the HUMAN BRIAN which sets us a million miles apart from the rest of the FAUNA ~ We can fly ~ live underwater and even visit the MOON and get back again ! The GOOD BOOK says that GOD gave us the gift if intelligence so hat we could care fro PLANET EARTH ! And we have improving agricultural production ~ developing animal husbandry ~ developing the earths Mineral Resources etc ~ developing forms of energy ! Electrical Mechanical Nuclear Hydro Wind Nuclear etc to develop the Technological Society and Cyber Society we all enjoy ~ BUT in doing so we have doubled the atmospheric CO2 to 500 ppm (causing Global Warming) by deforestation & burning fossil fuels for energy and irreversible pollution the AIR ~ WATER & LAND irreversibly AND if we carry on we will ultimately destroy it & ourselves ~ There is nowhere else to go ! In 2073 I will only be 90 and it worries me ! Thanks for your comment BRIAN

I teach Conservation and we train students to work on Conservation in the Community ~ My MANTRA is "Wake up or PERISH !" Thanks CHRIS for an encouraging reply ! In my experience NURSES also have good knowledge of the ENVIRONMENT ~ because yo know how much the "quality" of the ENVIRONMENT (Air & Water etc) with respect to overall Community Health it all needs to be monitored & adjusted. Our WEATHER is becoming more like N US States (like Iowa) Colder ~ wetter ~ Winters and Hotter Summers !
