Make your supplications
People, all nations
Unto the Lord gracious
He will hark to us
Prayers and intercessions
For all daughters, sons
Giving of thanks, asking
Of our Lord and King
All sorts of prayer make for
All people, be sure
That He will attend us
Will our requests bless
Kings, queens, authority
Who powers that be
Pray we lead a quiet
Peaceful life, good heart
Having all godliness
And our sins confess
Honesty in living
Him our worship bring
This good, acceptable
In God's sight, when all
Call upon Him, for He
Favouring shall be
He desires all be saved
Christ the way has paved
He the mediator
Let earth, heaven concur
