        Thanks Michael, yes, I slept through your typing, and yes, I always eat the whole bar. No fun otherwise! Or maybe I just don't have the willpower to keep some for later.

          Thanks Orchi! I can drink coffee, even an espresso, just before going to bed, can eat chocolate too, and have no problem at all falling asleep. I guess I am just lucky that way!

                  Thanks Kevin, as a Swiss how could I not love chocolate! Read somewhere that average annual consumption of chocolate per head is something like 20 lbs in Switzerland, and 10 lbs in the USA.

                    that's hard to believe but I believe you, Fred, and I'm type 1 diabetic so lots of scoffing chocolates is a no-no for me. one mars bar maybe two a day is plenty as long as I eat good food.
