I'm trying to decide if I could commit to a cat - he might eat all my wild birds. And a dog wants love all day long and what happens if I break its heart? Hmmmmmmmmmm

    • BRIAN & ANGELA

Well LORNA ~ if you are busy a CAT is the best choice ~ Cats are independent DOGS are very demanding ~ WALKIES ! We have always kept our Cats well fed and because of that they never bother the GARDEN BIRDS ~ OK Yours BRIAN

        Hmmmmmmmm.... I'll have a think.........

Thanks STEVE ~ You "Talk to the Animals" so I am pleased that you appreciate that ~ when it comes to CATS ~ I speak from experience ~ Yours BRIAN "The Tomcat !"

Cats - so full of mystery have a language that seduces a curious owner - - loved the rhymes in this tribute dear Brian.

THANKS FAY ~ I guess MYSTERIOUS sums up the essence of CAT ! I used the nmaes in line as in the visual and was pleased that the rhymes came to hand (mind ?) ~ I recite all my poems (and yours) ~ so for me a Good Poem must have either Rhyme or Rhythm or sometimes both ~ as with most hymns and Orchi's Odes ! Yours as ever BRIAN

love this and i love cats , tho sadly i cannot have one of my own ! tho i do have a few '' cat'' friends up the road , near to where i live .. see them when i can .. enjoyed this piece of writing

            • BRIAN & ANGELA

Thanks ~ CHAR ~ I have to share my Mum's Cats ~ I con only have TROPICAL FISH in my flat and you can't cuddle a BLUE TANG ! I like what you say because a CAT always recognises a frustrated Cat Lover and will respond very positively to a stroke or a cuddle and will choose to be your friend ~ awesome ~ BRIAN "Ami des Chats"

              Mio Caro Amico BRIAN,
              I gatti sono molto piacevoli!
              My daughter has three of
              them...ALLEGRO, VESPERS,
              and PRINCE HARRY! She
              adores them! I’ll make sure
              she’ll see your tribute! She’ll
              love it! GRAZIE amico mio!
              Un Forte Abbraccio e Baci
              di gatti!

                  ALLEGRO e VESPERS...
                  ...because she sings.

                  PRINCE HARRY...
                  ...because his coloring
                  is like the Prince’s!

                • Goldfinch60

Not in my house!! I love birds and cats only play with and kill birds for pleasure! For every bird a raptor takes for food 400 get taken by cats for fun!!

                  • BRIAN & ANGELA

Thanks ANDY ~ I understand you bad vibes towards CATS ~ However out CATS have never (to my knowledge !) killed a BIRD ~ they are too well nourished ! But remember NATURE will always be RED in tooth and claw and that\'s how Feral Cats ~ and Big Cats survive ~ OK Yours JOHN

                  • Christina8
