- Comment from author about the poem: A hymn-poem in Long Metre (LM). Last in series. There were over 12 disciples, but Jesus called twelve of them to be appointed as apostles. Not enough material to make individual hymn-poems of each of these three. They are shown in bold type. Bit of an old hymn in the clip from 1560. I was there in person then (heehee).

Thanks STEVE ~ awesome HYMN ~ always vigorous to SING ! Love the denoument to your 12 Apostles Series. All were Honourable Men (except for JUDAS). When I do poems on the Periodic Table ~ I have 118 very quirky elements to deal with (some of them deadly !) so I do encapsulate some ! Just for the RECORD: When JESUS got back to Heaven ~ GOD said well done SON ~ sorry JUDAS did not understand the PLOT and the eleven remaining might be a good CRICKET TEAM (the only Sport allowed in Heaven ~ they have Football & Rugby in Hell !) but they are an odd bunch ! Do you have a plan B ? JESUS smiled and said NO DAD ~ You don't really know what it's like on the ground. These are the best and my forecast is in 2000 years a third of the World (2.5 billion) will be Christians ! OK said GOD ~ I'll ask the HOLY SPIRIT to kick start the Church on the next day of PENTECOST and that's how the CHRISTIAN CHURCH began ~ AMEN ~ Yours BRIAN
Thanks Brian. Denouement, eh? Sounds a bit like de-nude-ment - swoon! I'm aiming to tackle my 'left-out-so-far' Psalms. I read Isaac Watts, a hymn-write, wrote hymns on all but 12 of the Psalms, it didn't say which ones he left out!
How will you do this, if the Periodic Table has 118 elements, and there are 150 Psalms?! Will you play Bingo with it, to decide?
