Loves metamorphosis
Awakens your repose
It may then move on
And leave you a rose.

A lovely write Gold. You reposing? Pity I did not stay in repose in 1066. I awoke and mucked up things in the battle!
Bit like our two amaryllis bulbs. One is sprouting after some months. The other is sprouting a second flower.
Our amaryllis flowered with six flowers on the stalk, that stalk is now in repose.
Any amaryllises (or amaryllisi?) around in 1066?
Lovely little poem - and the comments are great too!
Thank you Lorna. Much appreciated.
I wrote the Segovia poem this morning with you in mind........... my Dad was a great classical music lover and I failed him miserably that night.........
