Snowdrops in the Morning

Lorna

Snow drops

Then stops

Then Snowdrops grow

Where they'll pop up

No one knows

They're not so very

Hard to grow

For you they'll put on

Quite a show

Though ice had tried

To keep them down

Determined they broke

Through the ground

Thanks M - I missed a day and then saw the invite to the "Snake" fusion - but I was too late. So I'll probably post what I wrote as a separate poem -

        Lorna,
Snow again!! Hooray for the snowdrops! I’ll bet their favorite tune is...🎶I 🎶WILL 🎶SURVIVE 🎶 😉

Although I did enjoy Dany Rosevear’s “Snowdrops, Snowdrops,...”

I enjoyed reading your poem and the pic is perfect for the poem!

Such a beautiful name for a wondrous flower and reading this verse is a reminder to me that this year our little patch of creamy-white snowdrops have taken a break - not one nodding face have I seen - -- a charming write and picture dear Lorna.

How odd Fay! I can't keep them down! Oh well, flowers have minds of their own..........
