Mental break downs

Dysthymia

I mask my Mental break downs

Into physical success

Working out daily takes out so much stress

But it can do so much

It’s not enough

My life is just getting more rough and tough

I’m breaking down

Adding up as I slowly can’t take it

How much longer till I’m better or if I’ll make it

Will I get threw this

Is it just a phase

It’s been too long and I can’t solve this maze

I’m running in circles

I’m going round and round

I feel like giving up and hitting the ground

I need to be patient

I need more time

Write and write, rhyme after rhyme

Let my thoughts out

I can’t give up

I made it so far so i need to pick it up

Very good write, as Lawless said you need patience to survive, and by the way your words have been written you have both patience and a strong will to move forward - see you at the top of the hill.
