Broken Cup

Jabberwocky

I poured all my water

into a cup with a hole.

In the end it was empty

and so was I.

    Enigmatic piece - love it.

That cup can be repaired to hold your life.

    • Jabberwocky

Thanks! The cup can't be repaired but I can pour elsewhere 🙂

      Love this simple one J.......

      • Jabberwocky

        Thanks 🙂
I'm thinking now the last line should be
        "and I am still full"
        I'm usually more sure.
Sometimes I post too fast lol!

        • Lorna

Well either one is good - but "and I am still full" is more hopeful!

          • Jabberwocky

            Lol
            Wouldn't want that!
In some ways yes it is, in some ways not.
            I'll sleep on it 🙂
