Although I have only known you for a short amount of time,
It’s going to be the toughest goodbye
You’re my best friend,
I wish you could stay here with me until the end
We cherish many memories that I’ll never forget,
But that doesn’t mean that this is it
I pray that we keep in touch,
So that we won’t hurt so much
Though we will be miles apart,
You’ll never be far from my heart
All I say is I wish you the best of luck,
Even though it may be tough
As you move on just remember me,
Remember what we used to be
But goodbyes are not forever
Goodbyes are not the end
They simply mean I’ll miss you,
Until we meet again

I love this so much! I am dealing with this right now and I have no words for how great it is! I truly feel I found this for a reason!
Thank ya Josh!
Very good write Arianna, distance is no barrier these days, one of my Granddaughters has a boyfriend in France and they are in contact every day via Skype, her mother says that it is like they are always together, not just speaking to each other but acting out their normal lives but the person is always there.
Welcome to MPS.
Thank you! I appreciate the comment! And yes we do still keep in touch, still is sad to see them go!
