LOVE'S TUNE.

Fay Slimm.

Love's Tune.

Love, blind to weakness,
sees only the perfect
but shadows cast images
that sully its song.

Judgement, sans mercy,
creates but disturbance
ends hard-won harmony
which is love's due.

We, what we are receive
notes proving discord
but love's tune composes
much more than music.

Aww, why some say they rather not hear me sing? And why they say they can't tell if it's me singing or two cats fighting? heehee. A fine write Fay. Some people we 'can't stand them'. We may not LIKE them, but can LOVE them hopefully. Same as with my singing!

Oscar Wilde had a beautiful heart I think. He has more memorable quotes than anyone I can think of.... that song that we hear (if we're lucky) is a lone one in a world of shrieks....

No one else sees what the lover sees and, with its own beguiling charm each oddness/strangeness/'dischord' can create within us a unique cherished value which bonds us closer to our special someone.
Binging home the marvel of the oft heard words 'i dont know what you seen in him/her'.
