Leaves

a.5724

Small,

Slowly aging.

Tanning as time goes by.

Falling,

Only to grow back again.

WELCOME FRIEND ~ Thanks for your first Poem ~ Beautiful ~ In Old England (UK) we now get as much Autumn (Fall) colour as New England (USA) ! To observe the LEAF CYCLE from the BUDS in Spring ~ to FULL LEAF in SUMMER ~ to the RAINBOW LEAVES in AUTUMN (FALL) always fills me with Wonder even thouh I'm an Environmental Scientist and understand the Biochemistry that controls it. I sometimes look at the same tree barren in the Winter and pray for another miracle in the Spring ! Thanks for caring & sharing ~ more please ~ Yours BRIAN (UK) Please check my Poems ~ thanks B !

I really like how short it is, it gives more space to think.
