Freedom Flowings

orchidee

Tune: Down Ampney

('Come down, O love divine')

******

Come to us, holy dove

Spirit of truth and love

Forgive where we have offended, pained you sore

Light fresh spark in our heart

Enlighten every part

Enliven us where our love for you be poor

Help us, give strength and grace

Unto all, every race

To follow on, leave self, follow on your way

May the path brighter be

As more of you we see

Endeavouring on constant to final day

It all consummated

Each soul for e'er sated

When Rapture comes, your return, for your people

And in these last day here

The end draws ever near

Lead us to share the gospel, all hear your call

Spirit, who dwells within

Purifies, forgives sin

By your love you choose to souls here inhabit

So having your mind we

Of earthly use can be

To bring others to you and be with you knit

Releasing potential

Of ministeries all

That you have deigned, appointed for each one here

More in your image grow

Each in the river's flow

Of living waters of your Spirit free, clear

Thanks STEVE for yet another uplifting HYMN & POEM ~ in this you sanctify MPS 24/7 as no other poet ! love the emphasis on the Holy Spirit ~ What always amazes me ~ with the emphasis on Holiness ~ is that we can grieve the Spirit & Quench the Spirit ~ BUT ~ He never leaves us ~ AMEN Please check "GIVE THANKS" and please add a Poem to my Holidays FUSION ~ while the offer lasts ~ YOURS BRIAN !

Thanks Brian. He (or She included too) never leaves us, but seems suppressed, or repressed (deeper than suppressed) in some folk - in me too at times. Bit psychological there, but I\'m not a psychologist or psychiatrist! You singing it 'moderately slow' as it says?! Or you may be thinking - how slow? how fast?!

        Orchi/Steve,
        I agree with Brian...
