Dear Grandmother

Christina8

As you begin to pass before our eyes,

I begin to realize,

how much you be missed, truly

You'll never know what you meant to me

Your 103 years of life on this earth

Was joyful and hard too but worth,

every second God gave you

A beacon of faith to us too

When you fly with the angels, remember us here

We'll need you to guide us, with each fallen tear

Thanks CHRIS for a lovely poem and a great tribute to your GRAN ! WOW 103 My Gran is only 86 and I thought she was old ! Love the "rhyming couplets" and the memories you share of Her Faith & Love. In my experience the longer People live ~ the sadder their departure when it comes ~ and she has been there for you ~ every day of your LIFE ! Hugs BRIAN @@@@@@@

Her grandfather fought in the civil war in America. Can you believe that? Her life and faith is a testament to many. She will be sadly missed. Thanks so much for your kind reply! Appreciate it!
