ESSEX is an ideal COUNTY for Roses ~ Enough Rain
Plenty of Sunshine and ideal soil. We have a large
Rose Nursery and all those named are taken from
CANTS ROSE CATALOGUE which lists over 200 named
varieties. They include Hybrid Tea ~ Floribunda ~
Standard ~ Patio Bush and Ramblers & Climbers !
The Names of Roses ~ and the reason for the Names
is a Study in itself ~ When I give talks on the Care &
Propagation of Roses (my Parents are great Rose
Growers !) I often talk about the Names of the Roses
I highlight ! Every Blessing ~ Love BRIAN & ANGELA XOX

Thanks FRIEND ~ Pleased you liked the POEM 'n PIC. Angela & I are both in separate Flats at the moment and A is in NZ ! Both our sets of Parents have big Gardens so Angela and I help with the "Landscaping" @ weekends. We want a house with a BIG GARDEN ~ Pond ~ Waterfall ~ Summerhouse and lots of ROSES ! GOOD MORNING SWEETHEART ~ Its 7:30am here and Im just having BREAKFAST. Your lovely Poem dedicated to me was a lovely surprise! Your choice of Roses is lovely in Name and Colour and I have seen many of them in our Parents Gardens at Flower Shows and on visits to CANTS to choose a Rose as a gift! We will have a Garden wherever in the World we live after our Wedding in 2020. At the moment I would love to live in North Island NEW ZEALAND it is so so seductive. THANKS CHRIS ~ Rose Gardens are a very English thing ~ we have the soil (needs to have a bit clay for the root system and to retain the water. There is a Large Rose Nursery on Essex so they are cheap (from $10 = £7) and easy to obtain & maintain ! Didn't see too many in the "Yards" in the USA only if the were Brits ! Hope you are having a good day. ENGLAND are playing CROATIA in the World Soccer Cup semifinal and its 2:1 to Croatia in extra-time with 10 minutes to go (shame !)
