  I hear your plea, but I do find it a bit scary
  I've done one or two so this is for you
  When you say it should be 4 4 4 2
  I switch off as I just write what I do
  
  Now I'm going to just think of a smile
  As I break my mould and post in my style
  I love the meaning, it still may take a while
  Riddled with anxiety knowing I'm in denial

    and Poeple do like to see Poetry written in Classical Forms ~ Sonnets ~ Villanelles ~ Burns Style (Auld Habbie) etc. Also the EASTERN FORMS ~ Haiku ~ Senryu ~ Tanka etc and for them to be explained. We see MPS as a "Poetry School" as well as just a "Poetry Site" ~ OK ~ Your BRIAN

    I HEAR WHAT YOU'RE SAYING STEVE ! Sometimes the Subject of a FUSION is very abstract and it is difficult to "Go with expected flow" ! It easier for me I am a reincarnated "Wandering Minstral" and in the 16th C my job was to go from Town to Town & Village to Village with my LUTE and (for a few groats and a sack 'o straw for the night) I would compose and sing an ode on any subject they chose Births ~ Marriages ~ Deaths ~ Good Harvest ~ Bad Harvest ~ Champion Pig or Wrestler. So when I was reincarnated in 1983 I was BORN with the ability to COMPOSE a Poem on anything which is useful for FUSIONS ! Knowing that all Men do not have this innate ability I make it easier by choosing CONCRETE subject for my FUSIONS ~ like Plants ~ Animals ~ Countries ~ Colours & (in the current one) PRAYER !     Thanks Brian. It' me being daft, saying I was around in 1066. You've woke up my 'watchdog!' Woof! He says - we should not REALLY believe in reincarnation. It's bunkum! I can't argue with that watchdog (i.e. me! lol). Also he tells people off if they do not mark poems 18+, and should do so. He will bark loudly to scare 'em! Not that this applies here.

  I do do them occasionally but I have put it on 'the list' to do and then moved onto something else, this age thing you know.

    THANKS ANDY ~ YOU SOUND LIKE MY DAD ~ When I ask Him about uncompleted Projects ~ like the new "two flows" waterfall in the Garden ! His reply is ~ At my age (67) "To do or not to do" that is the question ? I am now helping Him @ weekends while Angela is in NZ ~ Yours BRIAN
