WELCOME FRIEND ~ Thanks for your first poem ~ NATURE is always a good choice. This is an Early Winter poem and each line paints a memorable scene ! 1. Leafless tree always a stark and enigmatic image 2. Clouds an infinite subject of poetry ~ especially their ability to obscure the sky 3. The translucency of raindrops defies the description of the poet and the reproductive skill of the artist (attempt both if you don\'t agree !) 4. HAIL is the ultimate enigma ~ neither fish (rain) nor fowl (snow) ! There is much more to this free verse quatrain than immediately meets the eye ! Thanks for sharing ~ BRIAN.
