THANKS KATY ~ Without the Shedding of Blood there can be no remission from pain. This is the MANTRA I hear from many self~harmers ~ The release justifies the Danger ! There are so so many things we inflict on ourselves because of the ecstasy that follows the agony. I council a lot of Young People (aged 16 -25) and I know theses things do pass ! We all wish people would pleasure us and play with our HAPPINESS ~ but NO ~ it is our anxieties they chose to focus on ! In my experience and as a Student (16 to 30) Counselor ~ Depression always seems to override Happiness so that is what people see and focus on ~ whereas inside we only want to be pleasured. I trust you will have many Good Days when your depression will be suppressed by your HAPPINESS. Thanks for sharing ~ every Blessing ~ BRIAN (UK). Please check my poems ~ Thanks B
