Loved the content which reflects your title ~ It\'s OK ! Mental Health is a problem which many face in every Community ~ among our Friends and Extended Families we must all be empathetic ! STANZA 1. Facing rejection and wanting to give up. S 2. We all need a Hug & a Call but some are so so isolated & neglected. S 3. We should encourage the depressed to reach out and NOT be ashamed S 4. Very true depression does come and go and we should reach out for help. Lots of good advice in this poem. Thanks for sharing ~ more please.
