Wisdom arrives after a lot of suffering and suffering is written all through your piece today. It\'s said, and to my knowledge it is true, that you cannot love truly until you learn to love yourself first. That was true for me and boy did i suffer beforehand. Once you love yourself, any chap will have to prove to you he is worthy of consideration to be close to you. Chin up..... wisdoms on it\'s way.

I was raised in ENGLAND. You have been through a lot and your *nine year old perspective* is very sad - it made me cry. You will find sharing this poem very cathartic - thanks for sharing. The structure of your Poem is very elegant. Five balanced Quatrains with rhyming couplets and a final Quintain with an awesome final couplet ! More Poems please !
She trudged through with the broken pieces of what could be - and all she had seen
But she made it through - because here I am turning NINETEEN - AMEN
