I\'m so sorry for your loss and the suffering you\'re currently enduring, but I\'m proud to witness your fight, to maintain some semblance of perspective and control in your life, with such expressive and brave write\'s like this, stay strong!
(I have said it a few times, but
never having had a brother, I\'ve always felt a void in my life
and yet, when I consider what it must feel like, to have that presence in your life and then have it taken from you
even just in theory, its makes me choke, what a heart shattering pain that must be, to endure
twice as much if you actually got-on and cherished each other.)
still, given the chance
I still wish, I could have had a brother in my life, even if for a short while...

Sad I know in some ways, but you can only offer. And occasionally youth will listen, but, I venture, often not. Perhaps, depending on the advice and the occasion –(ie no immediate danger) it is better that way, because what I think of as reality therapy provides the best learning and maybe one of the ways change occurs is through new ideas, new actions….
