You should rest yourself. I find the best times for healing is between 10 pm and 2 am. It\'s when the lymphatic system goes to purge mode. Try your best to sleep or meditate at that time to maximize your healing. It will help what you are going through go faster.
It\'s a long road. Everyone thought you were gifted because you survive this road. Keep going and cry it all out.
