Yes it really does feel like all you have written, grief feels like this, it can also physically hurt the heart, mine had physical pain. You have managed to express your own grief incredibly well, also in imagery. There are no rules to when we may feel.less pain and sadness, but that\'s because we are all individual humans. I can promise you that the pain does eventually fade, and for me it was after the 3rd year. ❤️
