Very well written and excellent job rhyming with such technical words. The reality of your well-written poem is so true. 90 percent of the people I work with are on some kind of anxiety or attention-deficit drugs. I, fortunately, am not one who needs that kind of \"support.\" I think people today, do somewhat talk themselves into needing medications because they are as you say so well in your poem, too lazy otherwise. And, doctors do want to throw pills at patients today. Great subject matter you have tackled here!

I always felt bad for pharmacists as they had such a confined space. I believe it is easier for docs to hand over unnecessary antibiotics and pain killers than argue with the client. Perhaps they feel he will just go some where else to get it. Very well done.

Wonderful flow! I appreciate your clarifying comment. Even when one really needs help with a condition, the legal prescriptions can have such incredibly bad side effects. Damned if you do, damned if you don\'t. -- phoenix

I love the way you had winter take on human characteristics. We feel the same in a cold relationship. Nicely done.

Thanks everyone for the wonderful comments. I may one day add to this one. Sometimes it just pours out for a few minutes. Funny how life molds you without you even knowing.

Very beautiful and touching. And, the picture you chose is perfect. So glad for you and your family. It is good that you are teaching them about the ocean and the feeling of standing on the shoreline. Such a feeling of freedom and open space!

Not only do children grow and go away, but, like time, they all grow on us and go away. I understand this to & fro flow... I enjoyed it to the point of thinking of my grown children coming and going out of our life.
