Customer service becoming a thing of the past. The old saying that the customer is always right has changed to pay before you enter and if you don\'t like it you can leave. Parking is now paid parking and underpaid employees are surely at best and usually not to be found. Capitalism on steroids. A bright and encouraging read that leaves the day a little brighter and the soul a little warmer.

I also buy at Majestic and Guv\'nor is also my favourute. I also like LB7, Ned Sauvignon Blanc, Majestics Primitivo, and I do like Toast and Honey but I shan\'t be buying it any more (oops - hope I don\'t upset any of our American friends) . Yes the service is great but its embarrasing when they greet me by my name and ask me to \'remind\' them of my post code.

Gold you know how to turn a grey day into a sunny one. Once again you have turned the negative into a positive by introducing love. Lovely
