Time Is A Currency.

Good advice nicely said Andy. We often underestimate the value of our time and certainly everyone else does that make us wait on the line and in line with little regard of our time.

A fine write Gold. How did you spend that extra second we had one year? Hope we didn\'t waste it.
Yes, I\'m reading a bit about how our diet is a sort of currency too, needed for energy (paying money in) input and output (paying money out), though the analogy only goes so far.

The Light Is There.
sorenbarrett said:
Light such a symbol of many things, truth, guidance, God himself, it is the one thing that makes life possible from the heat of the sun to the photosynthesis of plants. Nicely written Andy

Apathy.
NafisaSB said:
I have never found a single poem of yours that could be termed apathetic in any way - there’s always a good message.
Even the one here that speaks about how apathy can be used as a tool as a response to people who try bossing around
Good share 🙏🏼

In these dismal days of dark and rain
here’s something I think you all should know
there’s only another six months to go
before the nights draw in again.

Here in this hemisphere the days have grown longer and now will start to shorten. A read that gives one pause to think how everything is a cycle in this world.

Doggerel Dave said:
Apathy or indifference is a perfect counter to attempts at control and is applied by me regularly.
Apathy or indifference is not possible when encountering ideas and statements of dubious validity.
Thanks Andy.

But Is It Poetry?
Jerry Reynolds said:
The mind does not create in a vacuum; it comes from a place in your heart. You can express it in strict Iambic or loose iambic.
Some will get it, some will not.

But Is It Poetry?
Katie B. said:
I think that\'s the question we all ask from time to time as poets. We know our talent, our art, our creativity. So yes, it\'s usually poetry. Compelling piece.
