Would that be the poem you were going to write tomorrow, as in the thing I never get right: \'Yesterday was the day you worried about tomorrow\', is it?! lol.

A fine write Gold. Happened to me. I wrote to them in a Care Home and they thought I was persecuting them.

I agree with the point raised but it goes much further than that, and all generations it applies to, poignant write

The label has always been there even when I was a child, but now we have influencers who by the way can stay in their beds all day to do it. Our world needs to make some changes my son\'s generation are already hoping to work on YouTube or Instagram, it\'s a great worry that adults accept this behaviour and buy the iPhones for the kids. Yes we should all remember that George at Asda also have great clothes. Or so they did when I was living in the UK 🌹 a great discussion there I\'ve had a rant too.

Good write, Andy. Good read.
We could debate that optimism and pessimism are two halves of a whole.
But that would require wine and cheese.

The Optimist.

This poem speaks with clear-eyed warmth about choosing to see joy and goodness, even in a cynical, blame-driven world. It balances gentle idealism with awareness of the forces that undermine it, rejecting despair in favour of an active, hopeful stance. The closing twist on Stevie Smith’s line becomes a rallying cry to live fully in fleeting moments.

A good write Andy the body focus\' on the pain not what feels good and as such we are miserable when we could be grateful that most of us feels well. A great message to a world in pain.

Driving To The Moon.
Bella Shepard said:

Lucky you! I stepped out for my early morning walk today, and there was the full moon glowing, it took my breath away. I can fully understand why you had to write this poem, and so very glad you did. I have to thank you for the Diana Krall video of Fly Me To The Moon. I found it on You Tube with lyrics, and I can\'t wait to play it in my Thursday music group at the nursing home so we can all sing it together. A very Happy Sunday my friend!
