Yes, a fine write Gold. Could we be \'lost for words\' if we get writer\'s block?

Apathy.
Doggerel Dave said:

Apathy or indifference is a perfect counter to attempts at control and is applied by me regularly.
Apathy or indifference is not possible when encountering ideas and statements of dubious validity.
Thanks Andy.

But Is It Poetry?
Jerry Reynolds said:

The mind does not create in a vacuum; it comes from a place in your heart. You can express it in strict Iambic or loose iambic.
Some will get it, some will not.

But Is It Poetry?
Katie B. said:

I think that\'s the question we all ask from time to time as poets. We know our talent, our art, our creativity. So yes, it\'s usually poetry. Compelling piece.

But Is It Poetry?
sorenbarrett said:

Art is such an individual thing, it is a form of beauty and is in the eye of the beholder. So many biases we all have and prejudice dirties the eye. Well said Andy

A fine write, Andy. Subtle enough to be rad at a White House press briefing. Well done.

The rubbish heapers will always be at your beck and call, life dictates this now.

Thinly vailed this poem reveals in its satire a would be monarch that shows no regard for his subjects and is out of time and place. Well done Gold beware England knows well what such rulers are capable of and none of it is good for the common man. I like this poem Andy

Good write Gold. There\'s a Folk Group I used to go to. Sometimes with Guest singers, solo or group; sometimes \'Free Evenings\' when group members could read a poem, etc, or even sing. Argh! I sang and frightened them all off. They dreaded the Free Evenings cos they knew I would turn up and sing! heehee.

Both evoked very good memories, rich with nostalgia and almost reduced me to tears Andy. As a founder member of CAMRA, I\'d settle for a pint of London Pride right now.
Sad that those warm homely pubs have largely been taken over by the large chains.
