Cinema Paradiso.
Bella Shepard said:

Dear Andy I remember when Cinema Paradiso was released in the late 80\"s, and I never saw it then. But watching the video and hearing that haunting violin I know that I have to see it now. I found it\'s available at my local library , and plan to have a wonderful cinematic evening. I know what you mean about special movies. My favorite is Going My Way with Bing Crosby and Barry Fitzgerald. I know the ending by heart, and I also know I\'ll be crying, but I love feeling the emotion of that tender moment. Thank you dear friend for this oh, so special poem.

Dear Andy,
Your scripted words say it best!
“Peace and love for the whole world.”
…so needed, so wanted, so hoped for…

When will we ever learn!?

Laura🌻 said:

Dear Andy,
Your poem brings back many childhood memories. I’m not losing my “marbles”…yet. At times I remember too much. Health issues do hinder my daily life…but at least I still have my “marbles”.

Thank you for sharing.

We can still get reruns in black and white on one of the streaming channels. I never knew until I was much older that the theme song was actually a classical piece of music. So can never think of it as Rossini\'s William Tell Overature, it is always the Lone Ranger. Thank you Andy for this blast from the oh so distant past.

Unfortunately, we experience moments of people who always say \'this moment in time\'. When that moment passes, it\'s the next moment! Doh!

I too have always love many types of music and lately have expanded my like for other types I have never considered before. I have always loved jaz and the blues due to their improvization. Loved the music you put in and the poem was great.

You never go that. This maybe you just mailed in. You set the standard w past art and now the challenge is to stay where yiu climbed. And just listing colors without attaching them to object or places we can visualize and have a tactile exchange! You just listed colors. Try not to go the lazy lists. W no benefit of adjective association. Dude???

Yes, and if we have pauses alone the way, just stop for moments to view the countryside, river, etc, and the changing seasons.
