And over the years writing has helped me. I\'ve been writing since I was young and has been a great tool for me to let feelings out that I can\'t say out loud so I can relate to this. And its never easy to let the feelings out that you want to get out. But once you get those feelings out sometimes we are afraid of what people might think or what people will say and some times people don\'t understand what depression does and how it affects us But over the years i\'ve learned how to control it and thank you for this poem
