SHERPA TENSING & EDMUND HILLARY RELAXING WITH A CUPPA
AFTER THEIR SUCCESSFUL ASCENT OF EVEREST : MAY 29 1993
NEW ZEALAND is a Watery Place to be
Never more than Eighty Miles from SEA
In AUCKLAND you can always stay afloat
One third of the Fam'lies own a BOAT!
DENMARK & NEW ZEALAND have high moral worth
Least corrupted Nations on the Planet Earth!
Worlds fav'rite destination in New Zealand can be found
Its in the SOUTH ISLAND : MILFORD SOUND!
New Zealand She has banned all NUCLEAR POWER
So in everybodys Garden theres a Windy Turbine Tower!
The very first Person to climb Mount Everest
Was SIR EDMUND HILLARY : One of New Zealands BEST!
AN N Z Female statistic that I like to quote
1893 KIWI LADIES got the Right to Vote!
Enjoy, another SEVEN on another day : Love ANGELA XXXX
NEW ZEALAND has a population of over 4 million and 15%
are Maoris! It is the same size as the UK so each KIWI has
Fifteen Times more space than in the UK and a better climate
This makes it one of the best places on Earth to live! The extra
space makes it Quieter : More Peaceful : Congestion free roads
Calmer : More Friendly and less Pollution. Because I am GREEN
and a SCIENTIST I love all the Wind Turbines they seem to me
like Guardian Angels protecting NZ from Nuclear Disaster (it is
an Earthquake Zone) and Nuclear Waste. She needs Electricity
so MULTIPLE WIND TURBINES are essential! The MAORIS see
them as Mechanical Aliens a Threat to Wildlife and the "Spirit
of AOTEAROA" You have to live here to fully appreciate: ANGELA

Happy happy people show a wonderful togetherness with nature herself - loved these seven informative facts. Thank you Angela for this share of New Zealand's attraction.
ALOHA THANKS FAY: YES HAPPINESS is the right word to describe New Zealand! Everyone is Happy especially the Maoris and I have been so Happy on a Day by Day basis, except that I miss BRIAN so so much. Im glad I have Ruth with me she is so so Middle Class English! BRIAN is very sacrificial in letting me come but He knew just how much I would love it. The Hospital is lovely because despite their pain etc all the Patients and my Physio Clients are all so positive & happy and they heal much quicker. The Hospital Staff in the UK are under great pressure, but everyone here from the Surgeons to the Domestic Staff are all relaxed and cheerful, AMAZING. No wonder NZ is often described as the best Country in the World to live in. Thanks for your comment: Love ANGELA XXXX
Beautiful picture drawn by great words.
ALOHA KAT: Thanks for your lovely comment. I do my best to convey just how perfect NZ is, but it has to be experienced to be believed. The WINTER is much warmer than the UK (not quite as warm as Florida) but it is mostly around 15C = 60F which is just nice when one is working. I like HYRDROTHERAPY and the pool here is warm. We have Pools & Jacuzzis here in the Hospital for Patients recovering from Joint replacement etc. Love ANGELA XXXX
Cara Amica Angela,
Un poema pieno di
informationi della
bella NZ!
Happiness, togetherness, etc.
What a beautiful place to be!
Thank you for your awesome informative poem! Delightful! Maybe I should retire there! My husband, the golfer 🏌️, says we’ll look into it! 😊He has been a guest at the Gulf Harbour Country Club in Auckland. Loved it!
Abbracci e Baci...
~Laura~
ALOHA & THANKS LAURA: Grazie per tu comentario (excuse me if I mix my Spanish & Italian!). I am so enchanted with NZ that I like my Poems to be \"pieno di informationi\" about Her! I have been to one of the Country Clubs for a Meal with Colleagues it was a \"Hen Night\" for one of the Physios! I am pleased your Hubby has visited Auckland, he will tell you how Beautiful it is, Plan to visit. I am told you can cover N & S island in about three weeks. It is the best Country in the World to retire in, most Non-Maori People live to 85+ Pleased you enjoyed the Poem & Music, will post another SEVEN next week. Abbracci e Baci con Amore di Angela XXXX
A fine write Angela.
ALOHA UNCLE STEVE: Pleased you like it, I am doing my best to be a good Ambassador for New Zealand while Im here as a Guest! Youre not too old to visit and you can do both Islands in three weeks. You would love the Maori Choirs and if they were singing al fresco (rather than acapella) they might let you join in! Love your Niece in NZ, ANGELA XXXX
A great write and a great advert for NZ - not been there yet but there's still time.
ALOHA UNCLE MIKE: Pleased you enjoyed it. NZ has made Ruth & I so so welcome, that the least I can do is give Her a bit of publicity on MPS. You are never too old to visit NZ, they have a great respect for Seniors and the pace of life (outside the big Cities) is much less frenetic than in the UK. Some say it is like the UK prior to WW2, except for the Wind Turbines which are prolific! Please plan to visit sometime you will love it, it is very photogenic and an eye-opener for Painters! Love Your Niece, ANGELA XXXX
Quite enjoyed this one. New Zealand sounds fun. Would love to travel.
ALOHA CRYSTAL: Pleased you liked the Pictures I painted of NZ. I feel so happy & contented here I feel I could stay forever. Ruth and are discovering new things every day so I will post another SEVEN QUIRKY things next week, OK. Please plan to visit asap, you will love it: Love ANGELA XXXX
Good informative write Angela.
ALOHA UNCLE ANDY: The reason for my poems from NZ is to tell everyone how much I am enjoying my Work Experience in such a beautiful Country, and also to showcase NZ and encourage people to visit. Brian told me how much I would love it, even in the Winter! While I am at work I much prefer the Auckland temperature of 15C to what Essex (Brian tells me) is currently experiencing of 30+C! People who have never visited NZ have no idea how peaceful (15 times more space per person) and Beautiful (even in Winter) it really is. Everyone seems contented & happy and there is no BREXIT to worry about. Im glad I love Wind Turbines because there are so many of them to compensate for NZ being a "Nuclear Free Zone". Love to Joyce & Yourself : Angela XXXX
GOOD MORNING SWEETHEART ~ Love your poem ~ The structure (a Sonnet of seven Doublets !) and the subject ~ New Zealand can seem QUIRKY ! No 1. is the same as the UK ! and I don't know where UK came on the list of Morallity ! The 1953 Everest Expedition was a British one led by Lord John Hunt but I am pleased the final push was made by Hillary & Tensing. Edmund Hillary (died in 2008 aged 88) devoted his life to helping the Sherpas with Education etc. Thanks for your list looking forward to the next SEVEN ~ See you soon (Sunday 19th August !) All my Love and More ~ BRIAN XOXOX
Aloha Honeybunch: Pleased you like my Poem for New Zealand. It is a wonderful experience and Ruth & I are so grateful for the opportunity and the support of everyone. I know if you had wanted to go to California, for a Sabbatical Year, I would have let you go, but, of course, I would have come with You! Everything is fine here and we feel very safe. We get lots of respect from the Men because we are engaged and also they know I am a Judo Black Belt! Cant wait until Sunday 19th August ............! Love you infinitely: Abrazos y Besos con todo de Mi Amor ANGELA XXXX
ALOHA TO ALL MY FRIENDS: Its now 8am FRIDAY MORNING in Auckland! Thanks for all the lovely comments you posted on my Poem while I was fast asleep. My first clinic is 11am (NZ time) so I have a couple of hours to reply to you all! Love ANGELA XXXX
Thanks Brian and Angela.
Kia Ora, an excellent, awesome, wonderful tribute to the beauty of New Zealand.
Keep writing
