Another line from a song, could be taken positively: 'Something's gotten hold of my heart (it's you); Tears my souls and my senses apart'. I'm crooning with Gene Pitney from 1967.
One of the few lines of pop music I know! Told ya, I stopped watching 'Top of the Pops' around 1995. lol.

THANKS ANDY ~ Above all else JOHN was a great Poet and like Dolly Parton & Johnny Cash he also has the innate ability to compose beautiful tunes to complement the Lyric. Pleased you enjoyed it. We are going sailing tomorrow should be 15C ~ 60F which is great for the Middle of Winter. Two weeks will fly and we won\'t be back until Easter. We wanted ANGELA & RUTH to enjoy a real NEW ZEALAND CHRISTMAS DAY (25C = 77F) ~ Turkey (or Lamb) with all the trimmings and then DANCING on the BEACH with COLD CHRISTMAS PUDDING & ICE CREAM. Thanks FAY ~ You are a true Romantic and I knew you would enjoy the shear ROMANCE of our REUNION. Just between You & I we can\'t stop hugging and kissing like TEENS ! Its 8:30 pm (Monday) here in some ways it's like CORNWALL especially the BAY of ISLANDS (Wednesday). We are going sailing tomorrow in the BAY it is 15C (60F) and breezy ideal, and it is the middle of the NZ Winter. Angela & I thought ANNIE's SONG was perfect for ANGELA's song and I couldn't equal it ! WE will savour every minute because our next visit is EASTER. I too was humbled by the comments our circle of Members on MPS are so lovely and supportive ~ especially of our relationship. I enjoyed the reception at the Hospital last night from Your Colleagues in Physiotherapy and Ruth's in Radiography.
