PLASTIC WASTE
What a disgrace is
disposal of waste is
yet each day more graces
the roadside the shore
and Hollywood faces.

Okay I know botox has a bacterium as its basis but the effects look very plastic and unnatural - why do they do it?
Brilliant last line Michael.
The style of the artwork is different to your previous abstracts but once more there is so much in them that conjures images in my mind. (There must be a poem there)
I actually found a buyer for this yesterday hence I was minded to post it here = the effects were obtained using a number of comb-like pieces of plastic cut from old credit cards. Thanks Andy.
Why don't you write the poem Andy?
I have the first line already.
You rich? That looks like a lot of credit cards used?!
Truth be told I don't use credit cards - they are old membership and loyalty cards and odd bits of plastic etc which I have recycled - no not rich but okay .
Of great concern is the miniscule plastic particles in the food chain. Fish intake these particles ruining their digestion, whales too, the birds feeding upon the fish and feeding their young with them... plastics are killing us.
Visible are the piles of plastic waste washed up on our shores - a disgrace.
We should be finding alternatives and seriously taxing plastics before it is too late for planet earth.
Great provocative piece sir!
An interesting item in todays news - they have found a use for non-recyclable plastic as part of a compound with tarmac for filling in pot holes.
Thanks Dusk
Miss Berles got any credit cards? And why does she always have to interfere?! lol.
She's got plenty of money but doesn't talk about it in case the revenue catch up with her and look into her Taxa Berles
Thanks Uncle MIKE ~ We loved the poem and the tale in the sting ! ABSTRACT MICHAEL ? Because we are in NZ it screeeeeeamed FISH to both of us. At first we tough it was culled from Attenborough's Blue Planet ! I have called it MILFORD SOUND because it resembled (mystically) the Dolphins following our Boat (2013 for my 30th Birthday) Ive copied it and will frame it for my KITCHEN (FISH ~ OK?).
