Tonight

Christina8

It's cool, but not cold as

crickets fill the night

The blustery storms of yesterday

are gone, now mother earth is being polite

A majestic symphony outside

of natures music on display

What a great soundtrack to listen to

After what has been a hectic day

Tomorrow will come and I will

put my bravest face on for love of family

Deep inside, I struggle, you know

But I never want them to worry for me

But tonight I shall not worry about

tomorrow or the car ride I must endure

I shall listen to the nights song

and concentrate on my familys love--so pure

A fine write Christina. Sometimes we're distracted - if not regretting the storms of yesterday, we're worrying about the storms of tomorrow - which may or may not happen.

Not to make things worse, but I might fuss or worry about the showers sometimes, let alone the storms! doh!

GRACIAS CHRIS : I can empathise especially now that BRIAN has had to return to the UK! In NZ as in the UK & USA : After a hectic day the symphonic noises of the Night can be very soothing. They help one to sleep and prepare one for the morrow! Life is always challenging (especially when the Love of ones Life is 11,500 miles away !) : but one can always relax with the Noises of the Night : AMEN Abrazos y Besos con Amor ANGELA 🧡 Please check my POEM : ALONE AGAIN : Thanks A
