GOD GIVES US CHILDREN ~ to keep
US humble ~ to remind us that
Once we were ~ Helpless & Clueless
& Innocent ! BUT we (all) had
Parents ~ Teachers ~ Family to Love
US Care for US ~ Nurture US .........
And make US what we are today !
There is no such thing as a
SELF MADE MAN or WOMAN ~ It takes
A Loving Couple to conceive a CHILD
It takes a Whole Village ~ to mould
That CHILD into an ADULT ~ AMEN !

Children are so wonderful and so inspirational.
Wow a thoughtprovoking poem on the gift of children. Indeed bringing up children ought to be a humbling experience. Wish u two future joys and bundles of joys poet. Kudos.

Oh children. One of our grandsons is at swimming lessons later today and when we saw him yesterday he pleaded with us to go and watch him. We now have a round trip of 60 miles to see him later at his half hour lesson but how could we refuse?
Mind you we have taken ownership of new reg car today so it'll be a good opportunity ti give it a spin.

Yes 6 grandsons and a granddaughter who is now 17. Picked up a Nissan Qashqai N-Connecta dig-t (gun metal grey - pity they couldn't have called it something more inspiring) to replace my old one which is 4 years old now. love the car - just the right size and so reliable.
WOW MIKE ~ SIX GRANDSONS ~ How many carry the EDWARDS NAME to continue your DYNASTY ? And a GRANDAUGHTER as well ~ you must be very PROUD of them. I've never had a NISSAN but friends who own one ~ swear by them ~ better than swearing at them like John Clease ! I must exchange my ALLEGRO soon its coming up for its CENTURY ~ Nothing like a NEW MOTOR ! Yours BRIAN.
