Each even its own proud date to show 

BUT its not over ~ til Fat Lady sings !

 

Wedding Anniversary remind one of VOW 

25 is Silver ~ today a great milestone

50 is Gold ~ kill the fatted cow

60 is Diamond and a card from the THRONE !

 

BIRTHDAYS  ~ Anniversaries ~ Stayin' Alive

18  21  40  ~ milestones to celebrate

This Month I'll be Thirty Five

Remember the date ~ Ergo Im a VIRGO !

 

Famous Men like MLK ~ get a DAY

You never know what might come your way

Its never TOO LATE ~ If you cant be GOOD

Be CAREFUL ~ and always remember the DATE !

    I only have to remember three dates to keep from being in the doghouse. My wife's birthday, our Wedding Anniversary and Valentine's Day.

          Wishing you happys galore on your birthday dear Brian - - cake and champers over the airways is something to which you can no doubt look forward with Angela on the other end celebrating with you of course. Loved the tribute to anniversaries as they mean much to many as years roll by. Enjoy reaching a cool thirty five - then decide to be ageless like me. !!!!

            THANKS FAY ~ ALWAYS AN ENCOURAGEMENT ~ One of your hallmarks (that I have often noted in your exemplary Poetry is its timelessness. You seem to be able to tackle any SUBJECT and PEN in any style ~ That is the HALLMARK of a real Poet. Every day the FAY~ODE is a GEM ! It never discourages me but always encourages me to DO BETTER ! Pleased you enjoyed my ~ Ode to Anniversaries ~ and my Tribute to MLK. I said to TONY BENN (I happened to be in the House of Commons TV Lounge on Educational Business when OBAMA was inaugurated in 2008 / 9) "Is this the Fulfillment of MLK's dream ?" He smiled and said "Maybe not the Fulfillment but the start of the Fulfillment !" I was in the HOP ~ with my MP ~ to lobby the Education Minister on behalf of a School threatened with closure ~ for all the wrong reasons. The School has since been demolished and rebuilt bigger & better on the same site ! C'est La Vie. Yours as ever BRIAN 😎 .
