My nightmares reflect on my childhood
My dreams more focus on today
There is a difference, let me tell you
To remove myself from the past, I wish there was a way
But there's always a rainbow after the storm
And in my husband I have found this
He comforts me in a way no one else can
It's in the way he holds me and in his kiss
Glad we have made our own family
And that he is such a great human being
Knowing my children will grow up
by example, mostly by what they are seeing
We can weather any storm
be it a snowstorm, tornado or a deluge
I can handle anything, because
this man of mine is my refuge

GRACIAS CHRISTINA POR TUA POEMA A NOS GUSTALA ! They operate on several experiential levels and are always elegantly penned. We all have NIGHTMARES and they are conditioned by negative vibes ~ but (alas) cant be eradicated ! DREAMS are different and highlight today experiences ~ generally in a positive way. Thirdly there are your day to day experiences with Hubby & Family. The comfort one obtains from a Loving Partner or Husband can eliminate all NEGATIVES for a SEASON and too have your own GENETIC Family as well ~ is a blessing not enjoyed by ALL ! It encourages couples (like Angela & I) to see the JOY & REFUGE Married Bliss can bring ~ AMEN.
