THE MOON ~ NATURAL OR SYNTHETIC ?
From where did SHE come from and when ?
SHE is younger than the EARTH ~ So
There was time when we had ~ NO MOON !
And of course ~ no tides to control
No Wolves wanting to wail at MOON
No People who wanted ~ Light @ Night !
SCIENCE says ~ A Planet hit Earth
The debris gelled gelled to form the MOON !
The BIBLE says that GOD MADE IT ! ! !
A quarter million miles away
Close enough to visit ? YES ~ BUT
We had to escape GRAVITY !
Then ONE NINE SIX NINE ~ YES WE DID !

When NEIL & BUZZ stepped out on the MOON on 21st JULY
1969 it really was one GIANT LEAP FOR MANKIND. We rate
it as the Greatest Scientific achievement of the 20th Century.
Our fave of the TRIO is BUZZ ALDRiIN a Great Ambassador
for Space Exploration and the colonization of MARS ! Angela
and I are tempted to use our House Purchase Fund ($300k)
on a trip into SPACE with Richard Branson ! Our MOON
is amazing ! Much bigger than it should be for the size of
Planet Earth - Remember VENUS has no MOON and MARS
two Moons are no bigger than the Isle of Wight ! The size
of the Moon and its nearness makes it a great asset. For
a NIGHT LIGHT - influence on TIDES and influence on
NATURE etc. NEVER take the MOON for granted !

I'll have to swoon over a certain kind of mooning! lol. But I knows the moon you mean - the one made of cheese, with mice living on it. Have they ate all the moon yet?
Gosh, nearly 50 years since the first landing.
Were you there too, as Andy and I were, on the moon, to greet the first astronauts in person when they landed? heehee.
Might cost millions by the time space travel takes off - if it ever does? Oh I forgot, the No.7 bus goes there. The fare is a four-penny one!
THANKS UNCLE STEVE : ! was born 19 Years too late (and BRIAN 14) to see the actual landing but of course you and UNCLE ANDY were there! Did you take the VIDEO of MEN on the MOON which we have now included! We love the MOON and all mention of HER. I recall it so well - off to catch the No7 bus - still got some old style London bus tickets punctured by the clippie. .
THANKS UNCLE MIKE ~ Its always a thrill to observe REAL HISTORY even if its only via TV. The nearest i got was the first time Andy Murray won Wimbledon and even that was on TV ~ even though I was only 50 miles away ! Angela & I follow BUZZ on facebook and he has written books Colonisation of the Moon (as a a Docking Station) and MARS as a permanent overflow for Planet Earth. He uses the expression Lunar Shuttle Bus taking supplies to a Moon Depot then a Lunar ~ Mars Shuttle Service because lift off from Moon to Mars because of the lower gravity ~ OK. They are looking for Young Childless couples like Angela & I to colonise MARS from about 2025 onward. many are prepared to sign up for a one~way ticket.
