Well it had to be done,
The duvet cover needed changing.
I had not lost the knack,
It only took me three hours,
Nearly a record time!

Well 3 is the magic number lol
It certainly is.
Well it had to be done,
The duvet cover needed changing.
I had lost the knack,
I gave up after three hours,
I still couldn't find
The arm holes.
🙂 🙂 🙂
Those armholes are an absolute swine to find!!
And just when you needed to change it - get it out of the summer storage? A fine write Gold.
Thanks Orchi.
I'm smiling...
Still smiling...
A smile created is worth its weight in saffron.
Andy,
Ohh those Duvet covers! It’s like playing Ring Around The Rosie! It’s exhausting!
My love to Joyce and to you!
~Laura~
It can be exhausting sometimes according to my words (I do have a knack of changing them quite easily though).
Thank you for your kind words Laura
Andy
Two large bulldog clips to keep those first two corners in the right place is my trick. Job done in 5 mins.
Great idea da. Thank you
Been there, done that and wore the T shirt well and truly out...on one or two occasions, I have just given up and paid the maid extra...
Well I've asked the maid on occasion but she wanted too large a bonus to do it.
you need to get a new maid
I have tried but they all want more than fifty pence a week!
duvet know who they are dealing with.. you need to put ya foot down
I did put my foot down but it was too hard and I went through the floorboard so now I need a carpenter and they will certainly charge more than fifty pence just to go from here in the Midlands down to the seashore to find a free piece of driftwood that will fill the hole.
where in the Midlands.. I have a job lot of driftwood
Evesham, will a cup of coffee suffice for payment.
is it de-caff
Surely you don't drink "THE DEVIL'S BREW" do you.

A man after my own heart.
